Terms and Conditions
We have made the Terms and Conditions easier for you to understand so there would be no confusion.
Tour Agreement
When sending in your deposit for your trip, you agree to read and fully understand the contract at which you're reading and follow the terms and conditions.
R&L Baseball Tours LLC. is only responsible for making tour arrangements, including booking accomodations, purchasing tickets to events, booking motorcoach service, and providing a R&L Baseball Tours LLC. tour leader for the trip. We are not responsible, held liable for any acts of God, (such as weather) negligence on the behalf of any service provided in the trip documents, death, personal injury, property loss or damage, or any other damages or expenses you incur, including hotel expenses. R&L Baseball Tours LLC. is not associated with or a partner of any service provided in the tour. The motorcoaches, hotels, Major League Baseball Clubs, and tour guides are independent contractors and are not employees of R&L Baseball Tours LLC. As for rain delays, construction delays, or strikes, R&L Baseball Tours LLC. has no liability, responsibility or obligated to make a refund for the tour purchased.
If you need to cancel, you must call us at least 35 days prior to the trip departure date to receive a full refund. If you need to cancel within 34 days of departure, you will only receive your $200 deposit per person back, you forfeit the remaining balance because the money has already been paid to the appropriate vendors for your trip. It is the responsibility of the traveler to acquire the proper travel documents, such as birth certificate, passport, visa, and photo identification.
As for hotels, the traveler is responsible for any expenses or charges at the hotels, such as movies, food, or phone charges, as well for any damages or stolen items. Most hotels require a credit card to be on file in case of any incidentals, it is the travelers responsiblity for this, not R&L Baseball Tours LLC.
R&L Baseball Tours LLC. is not responsible for any service or goods not documented in the tour itinerary, such as airline tickets to the arrival and departure city, and additional nights in hotels, or meals not included in the tour document. If a meal is included, the travelers will be notified in the trip documents.
R&L Baseball Tours LLC. is not liable for any changes made by Major League Baseball, such as schedule changes or strikes. R&L Baseball Tours LLC. recommends travelers purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.
If a game is rained out or cancelled for any reason, not including a rain delay, R&L Baseball Tours LLC. will issue you a voucher for $25 per person, per rained out or cancelled game. The voucher is only good for a future trip with R&L Baseball Tours LLC. and is not valid for any other company, such as a hotel or motorcoach. To redeem your voucher in the future, the traveler must send in the original voucher with their deposit, no copies allowed, the $25 will go towards the balance of the trip of their choosing.
R&L Baseball Tours LLC. reserves the right to cancel any tour if not enough travelers sign up for a trip, the traveler will get a full refund.
This is a binding agreement between R&L Baseball Tours LLC. and the Travelers of any trip listed on the website. Travelers hereby agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of your agreement.
