Tour Rules & Suggestions
- Each trip deposit is $200.00 per person and is due within 7 days of booking your trip.
- Your trip needs to be paid off 35 days or more in advance of your trip.
- Any extracurricular activities that are planned, including sightseeing and shopping, are always tentative. They can be affected by rain delays, late games, road construction, etc.
- There is no smoking on the bus. We will make frequent stops as needed.
- Please only bring ONE large suitcase per person, plus a small carry-on. In your carry-on some things that are suggested are medication that needs to be taken at a specific time and things to entertain you on the bus. Be sure to have your name and address clearly labeled on your luggage. You are responsible for getting your luggage to and from the bus and your room.
- The rooming list and hotel phone numbers will be sent at least two weeks prior to your trip's departure. This will be sent by email unless you request otherwise.
- Our trips are fast-paced, action-packed and fun. There is not a lot of spare time.
- The game tickets are ordered as early as possible to get the best seats available. The tickets will vary from team to team depending on the opposing team, the day of the game, the season time and their attitude towards groups.
